We had a pleasant stay during Easter at this hotel. the sheets were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. One of the best things about this hotel was its location. It was conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, there were nice restaurants within walking distance, allowing us to enjoy delicious meals nearby.

There were some negative aspects of our stay. the room was not as clean as we would have expected.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The hotel facilities were excellent, the cleanliness was top-notch, and the buffet breakfast was outstanding. The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, friendly, and professional. The location is perfect, right in front of the tram station and close to the city center. Transportation was a breeze, with a tram stop right outside the hotel and a train station just a few steps away.

The staff were all really helpful and friendly, and the room was impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything I needed for my stay. I especially appreciated the welcome drink on arrival, and the fact that the hotel had a fitness centre, luggage storage, and a great restaurant and bar area. this hotel really exceeded my expectations and made my trip here so much more enjoyable.

The second person we informed about room problems responded immediately, offering free parking and breakfast. The young person who checked us out took our word about the free parking and removed it from our bill. A supermarket is conveniently located around the corner, and the hotel is within walking distance of the central train station and tram stop. The rooms are modern, clean, cozy, and spacious, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is excellent and well-organized. The subway stop is also close by, making it easy to explore the city center and attend events at Freizheiz Halle.
